jungle cuisine brought to you by Warriors in ethnic tribal
wear. Beautiful maidens spoil you with delicious mocktails
concocted from the fruits of the forest. After dinner,
join in as our tribal warriors and maidens share the wonders
of nature through ancient tales, traditional folk songs
and dances. Henna tattoos will be given to all guests.
A Night in Chinatown
Immerse yourself in a magical experience of Chinatown
at the Li Gong Chinese Restaurant, surrounded by carp-filled
waters. Traditional Chinese musicians welcome guests to
a fanfare of customary Chinese welcome tunes while the
Chinese Fortune Teller passes out fortune cookies and
shouts out phrases of good luck as you enter. Feast on
a Cantonese delicacy - steaming baskets of dim sum. Only
the finest dishes, fit for an Emperor are served throughout
the evening. Midway through, enjoy scenes from a Chinese
opera and be invited to take part in the leading role.
A lion dance adds even more colour and energy to the festivities.
Asian Sensations
Experience the best of Asia in one night. As you turn
each corner, encounter a new scene and delight in the
variety of Asian cuisine. Marvel at the intricate skills
of Thai fruit carving and give it a go while sampling
mango sticky rice. Visit Little India and watch skilled
chefs toss and twirl roti prata. Enjoy a delicious glass
of the tarik brewed at the Malaysian corner, and over
in Hong Kong, enjoy noodles served up any way you like.
Don't miss out on the Brunei corner, featuring the unique
ambuyat with traditional side dishes. From Indonesian
satay to Hainanese chicken rice to sushi and sashimi,
find flavours of Asia to satisfy all. Traditional Asian
performances brighten your evening with colourful costumes
and stunning dances.
Party on the Sand
Let your hair down and put on your brightest floral shirt
and sarong for an exciting party down by the beach, on
the grassy headland. Get into the mood with the tunes
of the Beach Boys. Before you know it, you will be singing
along with our musicians to some of your favourite songs.
A spectacular barbecue is waiting for you, and specially
organized beach games, like the limbo, ensure that all

Bowling Party
Our state-of-the-art 10-pin, 8-lane bowling alley is yours
for the night. Jump into a retro mood with the alley decked
our in decorations from the 1960's. Snack on hot dogs,
sundaes, sodas and other treats. Special bowling themes
such as night bowling and disco bowling can be arranged.
The DJ blares out your favourite tunes as you strike the
night away.
Driving Range Sizzle
The perfect icebreaker event! Head to the country club
and unwind by hitting a bucket of balls followed by an
Australian-style sausage sizzle. Warm up your swing while
our staff heat up the barbecue.Our Resident Golf Professional
leads spirited competitions and awards the winners with

The Exclusive Dining Experience
For a more private affair, be it a corporate dinner or
a wedding, Impress all with an exclusive dinner at the
luxurious Presidential Suite, located on the top floor
of the Waterfall Wing. The large balcony is an ideal place
for mocktails before moving into the dining room for an
exquisite set dinner served with grace by your personal
butlers. Entertainment is provided by our in-house band.
Sport of Kings
Enjoy a chukka or two at the lush polo fields located
near the hotel. An exhibition polo match and show jumping
entertain your party, and experienced riders may even
join in. Beautiful white marquees provide the perfect
setting for a traditional English High Tea. Alternatively,
a sunset barbecue can be organized. Dress for sporting
